Hold a Fundraiser Through Your Facebook Page
Raise money for Love of Learning on Facebook! Supporters can set up a dedicated page to tell others about our cause, pledge to match donations, and amplify their impact by getting more people involved.
Learn how to here.
At every Read-Aloud, children choose one or two books to take with them. We go through a lot of books, and we are always working to replenish our supply of books.
Your donations of new or gently used books are what make this possible. We maintain two book wish lists. The first is our general LOL Always Needed Wishlist which contains easy-to-find, always needed titles which can be bought at your local bookstore. The second is our Amazon Wish List which holds specially requested and currently needed books. Feel free to call or email us to set up a delivery.
Host a Book Drive
If you want to increase the impact of book donations for LOL kids, a book drive is the best way! A book drive is simply an organized collection of new books at a workplace, school, or other community hubs, and is often implemented around the holidays. For book drive planning instructions, please view the Book Drive Guide.
Donate Stamps and Envelopes
The Book Club uses hundreds of first-class stamps each month to send order forms to client families. An even larger expense is postage for the packages containing the books. You can support the LOL Book Club by providing Forever stamps or manila or padded envelopes. If you'd like to support LOL by donating any of these items, please contact email@example.com.
